NCLEX Questions
My first undergrad degree was in Biology. The questions...striaghtforward, the answers were a little tricky, but factual black & white. Nursing is a science that is...ALL GREY!!!
I was really not aware of what NCLEX questions were like until my first fundamental nursing test. I always come up with the two most favorable answers, and freeze on which one is the right one because they could be both right... I just have to figure out which answer is the most appropriate. So, I am still learning to take NCLEX questions....
I know what you guys mean. It is so annoying especially when you see the answers in the later part. I guess we just have to trust our gut feeling as we take these tests.
I am always narrowing it down to those two choices that are both right, but it's always the most right choice which is the right answer. I guess with experience and practice the most right answer will be the obviously.
I find myself spending way to much time dissecting a question to death :-) I eventually arrive to the correct response. I just want to learn how to move forward in a timely manner when taking NCLEX style test while in the nursing program.
I agree. I was not used to the NCLEX style questions until i started nursing. Being a psychology undergrad, we were able to follow clues and actions to figure out what a patient may have, but never were the questions "all right and we just choose the most correct one". It is a skill that I am sure we will all master sooner than later, and I hope everyone does great on all these NCLEX style tests!
